Art Is My Therapy Long Sleeve Tee | Typography Art Therapy Shirt

Soft, breathable long-sleeve tee that quietly announces a creative soul. The white retail-fit shirt reads “ART IS MY THERAPY” in a distressed, stencil-style print that looks hand-stamped — like a quiet declaration after a long studio session. Lightweight fabric and a ribbed collar keep the silhouette comfortable all day, while shoulder tape and side seams help it hold shape through washes and messy projects. Wear it over paint-splattered jeans on cooler mornings, layered under a denim jacket for gallery nights, or when you need a calm, wearable reminder that the studio is where you recharge.
